Such charges include those from your communications service provider. Delivery of account alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your mobile device, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations. Any time you review your balance, keep in mind that it may not reflect all transactions including recent debit card transactions or checks you have written. A qualifying NCCU account is required to transfer funds via text.
Checks deposited with this app will not result in the immediate availability of funds. Mobile check deposits will generally be subject to a three business day hold. The first $100.00 of the deposit will generally be released and available for use on the next business day provided that the deposit was made before 4:00PM EST. However, NCCU reserves the right to delay availability of funds if NCCU determines that additional time to review the deposit is needed.
By members’ choice, deposits are insured by American Share Insurance up to $250,000 per account. This institution is not federally insured, and if the institution fails, the Federal Government does not guarantee that depositors will get back their money.
